Longer studio hours for more shoots

29th May 2017
Due to amazing demand, we have increased the hours we do portrait shoots in the studio at GWS Photography on Thursday & Fridays to 7pm start time.

With all the enquiries we have coming in for standard family & solo portrait work, Cube Sessions & our current promos such as Ballerina Girl (and others about to start) we were just running out of time.

We're obviously in the middle of wedding season and as well as the usual one wedding every weekend on average... we have several weeks with up to 4 weddings in 7 days.
I know... crazy isn't it! Great though... and a big thank you to all our groovy couples.

But weeks like those basically render the portraits paused until we get a few clear days. So we've tweaked the hours for the studio, we're about to take on a new member of staff to help share the work load , and off we go...

Taking wedding days out the equation for now (imagine we had a week with no weddings, there are a few weeks like that) then our studio session & viewing times are based on the following:

Thursday Shoots/Viewings from 12pm to 7pm
Friday Shoots/Viewings from 12pm to 7pm
Saturday Shoots/Viewings from 10am to 4pm
Sunday Shoots/Viewings from 12pm to 4pm

Now these are just our average guidelines for ourselves. I dare say we'll take the odd shoot on a Tuesday or Wednesday, and do the odd shoot earlier then planned, maybe even later then those times ^^ but it's a good starting point.

I mentioned a few times there Shoots/Viewings. Please note that for every hour's portrait shoot, there is a return visit for viewing the photos a few days later for 30-45 minutes.

So busy, exciting times ahead. Thanks to everyone that's been in to see us and supported what we are setting out to do... offering amazing photography for everyone to have on their wall.
